Our Alternating Cleaning Package combines our Premium Cleaning and Touch-Up Cleaning services to keep your home consistently clean while giving special attention to detailed areas on a rotating basis. This package is an excellent choice for homeowners looking for a consistently maintained home without needing the same detailed tasks completed at every visit.

Touch-Up Cleaning Includes:

- Clean and sanitize kitchen countertops, sink, and backsplash
- Wipe exterior of appliances
- Clean inside microwave
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, tubs/showers, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
- Dust all reachable surfaces
- Light dust blinds, windowsills, and ceiling fans
- Remove cobwebs
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Sweep and mop hard floors
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Make beds (if requested)
- General straightening of the home

Premium Cleaning Includes Everything in the Touch-Up Cleaning, Plus One or Two Rotating Detail Services (depending on the scheduled rotation):

- Baseboards
- Doors and door frames
- Cabinet fronts and drawer faces
- Detailed furniture cleaning, including legs, edges, underneath accessible furniture, and detailed dusting

Our team rotates these detail services during Premium Cleaning visits, ensuring every area of your home receives regular attention while maintaining a consistently clean and well-maintained living space.

Some homes may require an Initial Deep Cleaning before beginning recurring services. If needed, this will be discussed during your estimate and may affect the quoted price.
